I have been dealing with very heavy depression and its getting in the way of my daily life and I am unable to find a solution myself. I'm a teenager and I'm not exactly used to making this kind of decision. My mother thinks I should see a therapist and it sounds like it may be promising. The problem is that I'm scared, people around me never mention getting therapy. Is it normal? Is it something that I should feel uncomfortable about?
