Is God preventing me from going to a new school?

Okay,on the first day of school..while I was on the bus...I have a stomachache.On the second day same thing.On the third day,while I was on the bus,I feel like throwing up.And it is a long ride to my school since I go to a magnet school.And today,while I was getting ready..I feel like throwing up again..so I decide to stay home.Is God preventing me to go back to my old school or something?
