is GM gonna go belly up?

I hear different sides about GM going out of business. Does it mean the WHOLE GM corporation is closing doors or just parts of its main businesses across the country? Boy what would happen if this did come about? I heard Chrysler was in trouble to. What about Ford?
I thought the government bailed out our three auto makers?! whats up with that?
