Does Gimp do everything (when i say everything i mean EVERYTHING) that Photo Shop does?? I know photo shop costs money and i need a photo editing software that is completely free. I'm wanting to make some digital art and all i have is the standard paint program. ( i also want to edit photos, obviously) one thing in particular that i want to do is take away smudges on some of my drawings and maybe add some color to them. I also want to remove blemishes and imperfections on some photos. Would gimp do that as well as photoshop?
Is Gimp as good or better than the actual Photo Shop?
