In the not so distant future, me and my friends are going to be moving into a house, the house has one open room and one of our other buddies would like to join in. He has no money to his name, he has no job and his family filed for bankruptcy. He was recently accepted to the university. He filled out his FAFSA and got accepted as well. He claims he will be getting financial aid so he can pay for his share of the rent this summer. He is only taking 7 credits this summer. I take at least 12 credits a semester and i get extra cash from my Financial aid check. Is it possible that he will be able to get a thousand or so like me by only taking 7 credits?
Is getting financial aid without being a full-time student possible?
