Is getting an answer wrong on a test the same as lying? Do kids in school deserve

to be punished for it? For example, to prove my point, if the test asked "when was the war of 1812?" and someone answered "1982", wouldn't that be lying? Do kids in school who answer wrong deserve to be punished?
