I sometimes crave Gatorade (especially around that time of the month- I don't know why!). I like to drink it alone or with food. I was just wondering if it's healthy to drink it casually, or if you have to be like exercising and sweating (like in the commercials) in order to drink it? Does it affect your body in any way if you're not working out at the time you're drinking it?
