I have a 2000 Acura Integra LS, automatic trans with 103k on it. I have been using full synthetic Mobile One 5w30 oil in it when I get my oil changed. Someone mentioned to me that using that is a waste of money and I only need to put in a high mileage oil to help with any leaks and burning of oil.
I don't know too much about cars so could anyone shed some light on this for me? Am I wasting my money using Mobile 1 Full synthetic, or should I just use a high mileage oil?
