Is 'free will' in the bible?

why would we not have free will?
is there any scripture to say we do not have free will?

Psa 119:108 Accept, I pray, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, And teach me Your judgments.

2Co 8:3 For I can testify that they gave not only what they could afford, but far more. And they did it of their own free will.

did god or his followers put it in the bible? did god say, 'you will all have free will!' or something??

Not exactly. Scripture is not a philosophical work. We are told that we will be judged, and that YHVH's judgment is just. In that case, since I am responsible for my choices, they must be my choices. (QED)
