Is Ford Modeling a good agency? And ford modeling not ford cars! haha?

In my previous question I don't think i clarified it enough. I just wanted to know for anybody out there that is a model for this agency or anyone in general that knows if ford modeling is a good agency to join. I really devote myself to modeling and hope to make it big in the career, im not letting it get to me head though. I have a lot of respect for the other models out there that have been a role model to me as well. And Im only 15, im still young. But im a slim girl, with long dark brown hair and hazel eyes. My skin tone is fair but everyone tells me how i should be a model. And no, i don't want to be a model because everyone tells me that, but they've deffinitley wanted me to become one even more than i did. I guess they kinda encouraged me in a way to do whatever my mind was set to. This world is full of so many wonderful experiences and i want modeling to be one of them for me. Before i lose track haha, my questions are if you are a ford model how much work do you get on a monthly basis. Do you have to live in new york to be a ford model, and do you even get payed? Is it even a good agency, are the people fairly nice? Would it be a good agency to represent myself as and are there tricky contracts that sign you down to them if you end up getting with a better agency in the future? Look im new at all of this, and if a model out there is reading this and laughing or thinking im crazy for all these questions, its just i really need to know my options and be able to expand what i know. I dont want to just join any agency, and i know they have to accept me. But I just want to know the facts before hand ha, this is a crazy world after all so it's good to hear an individuals opinion on things. wel thanks to anyone that will hopefully be able to answer my questions, or at least some of them. xoxo
