is financial independence necessary to get EMANCEPATED?

1st off here's why I cant be a minor: i need to be an adult in order to apply for a citizenship, my parents cant apply for me for other reasons... Im still going to live with my them, graduate high school and everything... so do I need to prove i have an income?
