Is Facebook going to close at 15 march 2011?

There is a Rumour that facebook is going to close bacause its owner MARK has earned so much money from it and has been done a lot hard work and now he want to go to his normal life. may be it will be true because it could, if it is may be someone other will buy facebook and keep it running. but is there someone who could buy it. its very messive and needs a lot of funds to do... you people have some answer about this then please share it here...
