I'm 21, 6'4 and 200 pounds. I've been doing weights at least 3 times a weeks for a solid few years now and gained a solid amount of muscle to the point where i'd just like to maintain it. However, i'd like to lose about 15 pounds of body fat, so am thinking of running for 30-45 mins on the other 4 days of the week. This would be i'd be doing some solid exercise 7 days a week. is this counter-productive? like do i need to leave my body time to recover from running too?
