I recently spoke to a mate of my boyfriends on the internet and said some things that I should not have to him and he also retaliated. Whilst I was speaking to him my boyfriend logged on to my page and read everything I said and has left me and refuses to answer my calls or texts. Obviously I am really upset about speaking to this person even though I only did it once. My boyfriend and I have been having a few up's and down's in our relationship recently, i've felt as if he doesn't understand me and that even though I tell him this, he does not seem to be doing anything about it. I read an article on emotiona intimacy and It stated that you look for an emotional relationship elsewhere, where you feel that they understand you, etc. Is that what I did that night by speaking to his mate? How can I sort things out? I do not want any people telling me how bad this was I know it was, and I am discgusted with myself, I dont know why I spoke to him.
