A anonymous New member Oct 23, 2009 #1 I eat a lot (and I mean A LOT) of fish/sushi nearly everyday. We live right on the coast, so seafood has always been one of my favorites. I know that it's healthy, but is it bad to have it everyday? Why? And, if so, how much is too much?
