ive been going to the gym 3/4 times a week since about November. When I go I normally do 15-30 minutes of cardio - depending on my mood! and about 15-30 minutes of ab work, crunches cycling crunches ect! i seem to be loosing weight but my stomach wont shift, im not fat but im not toned and i would love a washboard stomach! I eat a lot of pasta,most meals. usually at dinner time, is this stoping my stomach from shifting? thanks
