I'm a 16 year old female.
I'm 4ft.9inches.
I'm also 145pounds.
So my BMI is 30.3 (Obese)
My BMR is 1478.45.
But some dieting sites say that to loose weight you have to cut down 500 calories of your BMR.
That would be less than 1000 calories.
I have followed that, and have lost weight. (I was 150 in the beginning of December.)
But is that even healthy?
Btw, sorry
I'm 4 ft 10.
And I do exercise everyday
30 minutes running on treadmill.
