Is eating fish intestines, liver, stomach etc okay to eat?

Hi.
I was wondering if the bottom part of fishes, the intestines, stomach and stuff like that, is okay to eat, because I eat them whenever I eat fish.

It's harmless. I sometimes cook my fish whole and eat the whole fish. I've been doing this pretty much my whole life (I'm 26) and I'm fine :)
