Is eating a diet of just vegetables a good way to burn fat and lose weight?

Is this a good way to burn fat and lose weight, please, please help?

I will drink nothing but lots of water and green tea and eat only vegetables and will do 45 minutes of cycling on a stationary excercise bike every day, how quickly will I be able to see results, I'm 10 stone 12 pounds and 5 foot 7 male, I want to lose fat from my face, chest, stomach and thighs, it really, really bothers me and maks me depressed, is doing this plan enough to start seeing a very good, noticeable difference?
