legal? its this kid driving around my street, its really loud and annoying. he started doing it every sunday, but now he's over doing it, and it really pisses me off as im working on my homework and stuff. im scared the idiot going to trip and hit my car or something, there is rain outside right now too. let me know, if its legal or not, get this little boy a ticket or something. or else im going to have to f**k him up. thanks
