Im 6"1 male, 80kg but i still look skinny soft, even thou im stronger than most people bigger than me at the gym, i used to do only strength training workouts for 2years straight increasing the weight every 2 sessions, i also found i got massive results when i was working construction in scaffolding working long hours everyday however the bodybuilding rule is to keep it under 2hours a day max or else ull be burning muscle, but when i was just working i would put on mayb 1kg a week, is training the same muscle everyday bad really a myth? 10 points best answer
