is dancing talent a god's gift or just lots of practice?

like i just saw another Cinderella story in which selena gomez dances so awesomely! love her dancing. so is that god's gift i mean is she born with that talent or is it a lot of practice? if it is practice i also want to learn that great dancing but how do i do that?

i know you aren't selena gomez to know that but i'd just like to know your opinion

and can you dance that good?
