Is Dale Earnhardt Junior in Danger of NOT making the 2010 Sprint Chase?

I was watching glimpses of NASCAR today and was appalled to notice Dale Junior not leading the pack. Is the most important man in NASCAR going to miss another Sprint Chase?
 
He has some tracks coming up that he is good at, MIS and Daytona, so there is hope. I'm not giving up on him.
