I am quite educated on training so don't go patronizing now!
I am aware that creatine is for cell volume and generally packing on size. But I need to build my abs. Notice build, not get them visible. I want to bring them out i.e. by using resistance exercises and weighted crunches etc.
But how useful would creatine be for this ? Should I just stick to protein. Because creatine does make you look bloated and this isn't good for definition ?
