Is cooking for f aggs?

I went for a walk in the park today and came across a public barbecue in a picnic area. On top of the hotplate was written in blue spray paint "cooking is for f aggs" (sic).
Is this true, and if so how often do I need to cook in order to become a full blown "f agg"?

Whom ever wrote that should not have been inhaling the fumes from the paint can.
The two are unrelated.
