Burning calories depends on your age, weight, and you activity level... with all the that...especially walking up and down stairs(which is a great aerobic exercise) you will probably burn ALOT of calories... on a treadmill for just an hour walking, the average amount of calories someone burns is 250 and I am a teenager i burn 400 within an hour!!! yahh... it all depends on your age, weight, and your activity level...
