Is chicken liver's high cholesterol a legitimate health concern?

I would like to eat an eight ounce serving twice a week. One ounce contains 53% of the daily recommendation. So one of my servings would be 424% of my daily recommendation.

I stumbled upon a site that is trying to debunk the dangers of cholesterol, it states that the body produces a large amount of cholesterol every day, and any cholesterol we ingest is just relieving the body of that production, and that there is no way to ingest enough cholesterol rich foods to exceed what our bodies naturally produce.

And I know there are two types of cholesterol in the body, one bad and one good. Does the cholesterol we ingest fall into one of those categories? If it does, is chicken liver good or bad?

Any dieticians or doctors out there know the truth?
