Does not matter its the person behind the camera that counts. I once employed some-one with all the gear . top range stuff . but could he take a picture ..No!!!! Eventually a young girl approached me for work experience.no camera nothing, I trained her and she stayed for 4yrs she left last year to start own buisness so you see it does not matter .
