Is buying the Off Road version worth 30,000km more on the car?

I Have two Nissan Xterras in mind - one is OR the other S. OR has everything the S has plus all-terrain tires and locking differential, Hill Descent and Hill Assist, stability control and Bilstein Performance Shocks. the problem is the S is $17,800 and the OR is $19,998 with 30,000km more. Which is the better choice and why?
