is buying reconditioned rims for my 2005 Mazda 6 a good idea?

I know it is less expensive, but are these rims going to be stable? I just need one and I am trying to decide between new $300 and reconditioned (used) $150
 
Recon'ed wheels are fine....companies like Keystone will only recondition wheels that have cosmetic damage, they won't recondition wheels that have been structurally damage...at least they say they don't.

We use them all the time at the shop with no issues.
