So I want to lose weight quick, and I figured out that I could burn 1000 calories in 2 hours. I like this girl and she looks really good, she's a dancer and is really fit, me on other hand not really lol. If I want to go out with her I want to look nearly as good as her. So I was wondering is that too much to handle or what?
I eat under 1000 calories a day, and you usually burn around 500 calories a day just walking around and what not.
So is it a good idea or totally bad?
