if he was debuting now would he have got many wickets?the way he celebrated his first 20/20 wicket against poms his ego is still there but its his only wicket. i think he has always been overrated and if he didnt have mcgrath,dizzy,warne and the batsmen making heaps of runs to cover for him being to expensive he wouldnt have played 10 tests he will cost us the world cup
