Many people say blood's blue in your body and red on the outside. how does that make sense? do you know FOR SURE the truth? if u do please tell. and if u have a link to a site that tells about it and isnt fake u can add it if u want. thanks!

BLOOD IN YOUR BODY IS NOT BLUE!!!!

It APPEARS blue due to refraction of light thru your skin.

Thats so stupid blood is red hence red blood cells not blue blood cells people say that cuz your blood veins are blue

its dark red inside and the it gos bright red when oxyegen touches it...its the veins that are blue...hold a bright light to your hand...what do you see blue or red?

blood is red NOT blue... there is no blue blood in your body they just use those colors on circulatory charts to show directions of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood flow...

ALL blood is red... the coating most veins is blue but the blood is all red

Blue blood is blood that is used up and heads back to the heart to turn into Red Blood

Red blood is healthy blood that transports through your body then when your body has used it up, becomes Blue Blood

It is a common misconception that blood is blue.

Human blood is red, ranging from bright red when oxygenated to dark red when not. It owes its colour to hemoglobin, a metalloprotein compound containing iron in the form of heme, to which oxygen binds. There exists a popular misconception that deoxygenated blood is blue and that blood only becomes red when it comes into contact with oxygen. Blood is never blue, but veins appear blue because light is diffused by skin. Moreover, the blood inside is dark red and exhibits poor light reflection. From a physiological perspective, veins and arteries appear similar when skin is removed and are seen directly.

Blood is blue when there's no oxygen in it and red when there is oxygen in it. That's why it's red when it's outside of your body, since it touches the air and gets full of oxygen. As you can see in your veins, it's blue because it has already delivered the oxygen from your lungs to various parts of your body.

a persons blood is red when oxygenated due to haemaglobin but when in veins is a purplish colour due to deoxyhemoglobin. a person's blood is never actually blue.

BLOOD IS ALWAYS RED. ALWAYS NEVER BLUE. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. THE ONLY TIME ITS BLUE IS IN TXTBOOKS TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN ARTERIES AND veins
