Is bleeding after sex okay?

I have some weird stuff going on??? Me and my hubby had sex the other day and I started bleeing right after. Never had that happen before. We had plenty of lube and it didn't hurt so is this something to be worried about? Also, my last period was nine days late, really light and had black clumps in it and two weeks before that I had weird brown/pink spotting. Not pregnant, had a pap smear and hormone check. Is it possible for your hormones to be crazy one day and fine the next and for it to cause your period to do weird stuff when you are normally regular? BTW - not on birth control
 
Vaginal walls could be thinner than normal or for some reason you could have some scar tissue that expelled. See your doctor, mine found scar tissue with ultrasound. Best wishes!
