I have intimate videos of my ex and she owes me money. she doesnt wanna pay up and shes making up all these conditions. can i threaten her to publisize them if she doesnt give me money?
common artists do it all the time, ppl blackmail them to not reveal their intimate videos. so is it punishable? can she take me to court for it? also about a few months ago i hit her in the mouth and slapped her once about 6months ago. could she bring that up?

no she broke my phone cuz she THOUGHT i was texting a girl.. shes punched me in the past too.
i didnt hit her hard.
also, the video was allowed for me to film it consented, does tht matter?
