I've been on a diet regime for a few months now, and I'm losing weight, maybe like 20-30 pounds so far. I try to stay around or under 2000 calories a day, and my fat intake is around what it should be. I bike almost everyday. If I'm with my friend it's more of a casual bike ride, burning about 300-400 calories and 20 grams of fat. when I bike alone I go all out, exporting 750+ calories and 90+ grams of fat. Sites I looked at online say I'm suppose to intake about 100 grams but I don't. Now I can notice some weight lose around my stomach, but it seems maybe I should be losing more. I have no other exercises besides push-ups and occasional pick up games of basketball. Is bike riding going to help me lose stomach fat? I know that you cannot spot reduce, so I figured if I am pulling energy from somewhere, it must be coming from my stomach of somewhere else, since my legs aren't really full of fat and flab.
