Is biking a good enough way to burn fat?

I want to get slim now because we're just going into summer (in my country) and I'm starting to do some biking.

Is 2 hours a day non-stop biking good enough to burn excess body fat?

PS: Regarding diet, I have that covered. I know what I'm doing regarding what foods to eat, what to avoid, how to eat, etc.
 
If you mean spinning, than yes it is. 2 hours of spinning burns an average of 900 cal....but it also depends on how much you weigh. For a 145 pd person, it is 900 cal....
