Is biking a good cardio?

If I bike, 30 mins, 4 times a week. How much weight would I approx lose in 7 weeks (Sept 4, back to school)? I also eat very healthy, alot of veggies, and pickles :) Im also eating less that 1,200 calories a day.
no pills advertising please .
 
When you cut back on what you eat your body says "we need to stop burning as much fat because we are not getting as much food as we used to and we need to save energy." Eat lots of food. Just make it healthy food.
And biking is amazing cardio.
You should try to lose no more than 1-2 pounds per week for health weight loss.
