Is bike ridding 22 miles on a bike trial good for a 15-year old who hasbt biked in

a year? and is wasnt tired!? im just wondering if 22-23 miles is good for a 15-year old boy who hasnt riddin in like a year it was on a bike trial that was slightly uphill. and i want to know why an hour later i wasnt sour tired and i was able too easily play and compete in my tennis ladder? i was like wtf so what do you people think.
