D dumbblond New member Jun 24, 2011 #1 I was going for my usual run and some teenage guys were driving by. They slowed down, rolled down the window, then one guy stuck his arm out and slapped my butt. I'm 13 and I'm just wondering if that counts as sexual harassment.
