Is being redhead affective for sports?

Hey guys,
this is the story.. i am a blonde-redhead guy whos dream is to become a pro soccer player at european top level and i always wondered why the best players in the world have black hair, i am not dirscriminating im just wondering if genetically i am less athletic(although i train myself so i am athletic) specially in running fast.... like i mean did you see 100m in olympics...... i mean they were all.... (no offense) black.....

its just that black hair is more common, redheads are the least common color hair, so by that fact alone there aren't many athletes with that hair color.
