im a 15 year old girl whose hoping to start getting active again. the past year iv been playing badminton in school and i was hoping to start it out side of school but i badly damaged my ankle but its almost repaired now. i spent most of my time dancing when i was younger but stopped when i seriously damaged my knee (ballet can be dangerous if your a competitive person
and since then iv had even more injuries and illnesses and of course put on weight due to lack of exercise. so i was just wondering if badminton would be a ok sport for me to do? i mean i dont want nothing too competitive.... yet
it took me ages to find a sport i enjoy
and if so many times a week
would be good and lasting how long each session?
