When an adult returns to atheism after living through a religious childhood, they have returned to where they began, right? It’s a circle, isn’t it? They began their life with no beliefs in anything superstitious or supernatural, they went through a child indoctrination process which made them believe in some religious mumbo jumbo and then they realized that this was all complete nonsense. The circle is complete; they returned to where they started, back to a state of zero indoctrination, right?
