Is anything going to happen?

I was talking to this guy for like 2-3 months. He lived out of state but is moving down here for College in October. So when it was getting pretty serious, he told me he had a girlfriend. I was crushed because I actually really liked him and thought that something was going to happen when he moved down here, like we would get together or something......months pass and he texted me a few weeks after he moved down here which was like a little over 2 months ago and ever since then we text almost everyday all day but the problem is, he still has a girlfriend. But the way he talks and tells me things makes me think one day something could happen. My question is, should I move on from wasting my time being "the other women" or see where it goes?
