Is anything being done about overly-forceful internet ads before videos?

Lately internet videos such as news stories (most importantly) have been more flooded with ads than before and in addition, the volume control is disabled. I am used to not being able to fast forward, but the volume is especially insulting to me. My particular laptop is not user-friendly in the aspect of volume control.

I know that TV commercials are no longer allowed to blast their ads at ten times the volume of your programming and I am interested to know if anyone is banding together to fight against the increasingly forceful ads before our internet news feeds.

i also got many new video adds and others which is such
irritate me :| hope i will get rid from this problem...
