I've gotten different answers from different people on whether my financial aid has been certified. My financial counselor told me last week that it was certified, and then I talk to a different representative who tells me that the financial aid hasn't been certified. I would expect that someone in a professional capacity would not drop the ball on this kind of information. Has anyone had this same experience?
