I wanted to install an app, and a message popped up that Apple policy terms had changed, and I had to read and click agree to continue installing. That app would not install after that. It said "waiting" and then nothing happened. After a half or or so, I deleted the app because it still said "waiting". I'm not having trouble with the internet because email and websites are working. I decided to try installing a completely different app, and it did the same thing, with the "waiting" note. This happened as soon as I clicked "agree" to the new Apple terms.
