I have the $55 rate plan with Cricket. Not the Blackberry or Android one, the $55 before that stuff existed. The other day my phone shut off because my battery died. When I charged the phone again I went to access my mobile e-mail on my phone. When I tried to access the mobile e-mail, it said that I would have to accept the charge of $5/month. I figured that I would accept it because I knew the mobile e-mail WAS included into my plan. A few days later, I checked my bill on my phone and it said I owed 6.28, after I already paid my usual 58.30. I called Cricket to complain and they said that "The charge is on there because you signed up for mobile e-mail" I went back and fourth with them until he took it off my bill, for that month. I still owed like .23 and I just shrugged it off because I knew I shouldn't have to pay that because, once again, mobile e-mail IS included in my plan. Well now my bill is 63.32 and there is a charge for $5 on there for mobile e-mail however in the "features" section of my plan online, it specifically lists Free Cricket Mobile Email - FME. How can they get away with charging for something that is already included? They obviously didn't care that much if it's still on my bill even after I called about it. Bottom Line: I shouldn't have to pay extra for something that is already included in my plan... right? (Sorry for any typos, I was in a hurry!)
