I have been with T-mobile for almost 6 years now. The first phone I had lasted for 3 years as did the second phone I had. I am not the type of person to break phones. I am careful and mindful of my belongings. I recently renewed my contract for another two years and got a new phone, r.i.p. my pebble. I have had more problems with my new phone than I have ever had with ANYTHING before. It breaks every 3 months then I left without a phone for however long it takes T-mobile to fix my issue. Everytime I send my defect phone back in they sent me the same phone which is destined to brake, forcing me to repeat this terrible cycle.
