My cousin has very basic literacy skills, she recognises a few words, and english is her first language so she is not looking for an ESOL/EFL course. She would love to learn how to read and write fully to broaden her life options, but works very irregular unsocial hours so a Further Education Institution is out. Does anyone know of any online distance learning courses or CD Roms etc for beginner literacy?
Is anyone aware of online adult literacy course for beginner reading and writing?
